What to expect from a First Aid Training Course at Imperative Training

Nationwide trainers

One of the things we pride ourselves on most at Imperative Training is our network of trainers which stretches across the UK, from Scotland to Essex and everywhere in between. Wherever our customers are based, we have a trainer available to deliver the course at a location of their choosing.

In-house delivery of courses

At Imperative Training, we offer all of our first aid courses in-house; being able to provide training to our customers at their own place of work or a venue of their choosing allows us to minimise disruption to their business.

Some other benefits of in-house training include: minimising costs including travel, convenience and increased engagement due to being in a more familiar environment.

Engaging, knowledgeable trainers

All of our first aid trainers are qualified and highly experienced in delivering courses in a way that learners engage with. We find that learners who get involved and enjoy their training, rather than just reading or being told the information, are more likely to remember the information and be able to act with confidence in an emergency.

Bespoke portal to track progress

Most of our long standing customers name our bespoke training portal, My Imperative, among the reasons that they choose us for their training needs and continue to use us for their first aid training for many years.

Through My Imperative, customers can view upcoming courses, register learners for courses and download certificates from completed courses. Customers will also be reminded of expiring certificates in advance, via email.

An accredited certification

Imperative Training has the distinction of being a TQUK (Training Qualifications UK) Diamond Centre - the highest possible rating. TQUK is one of the largest training regulation bodies in the country.

Our Diamond rating means that our courses are regularly checked for quality by independent auditors and are of the highest standard.

We are granted direct claim status by TQUK, which allows us to claim for certificates before external verification has taken place. Centres must display robust management, delivery, assessment and internal quality assurance systems in place to achieve this.
