My role as an Account Manager is to help meet all the needs of our customers promptly and professionally. We all work closely together to ensure everyone has what they need to provide the best service possible as this is what our customers are used to.
As an administrator for imperative, it is my job to ensure that our services are running smoothly and that products and paperwork get sent out on time to trainers for all courses along with the equipment that is required.
The main aspects of my role are helping customers with enquiries and processing orders.It's my responsibility as our customer’s first point of call to give our customers the advice they need to make their selection.
My role at imperative training and defibshop.co.uk is to primarily manage the trainers and be their first point of contact, as well as providing administrative support to the team and internal verification.
I am just one-quarter of the creative team and my main focus is to promote our brand and raise as much awareness as possible on cardiac arrest and the importance of having AED's available to use on site.
