What does accredited training mean?

In 2013, the Health and Safety Executive gave first aid trainers a choice; continue to provide first aid training unapproved or become a recognised centre of an Awarding Organisation (AO).

To ensure that we continued to operate with two of our core values of excellence and integrity, we chose to become an approved centre of TQUK.

What are the benefits of accredited training?

Being an accredited centre means that all of the training courses we provide have been rigorously audited, both internally and externally.

Ongoing regulation is carried out, as well as annual standardisation and feedback sessions with our trainers so that each of our learners receives a consistent standard of training.

Why choose us?

We are proud to say we are a Diamond Approved Centre of TQUK, meaning that we can offer successful learners certificates without external verification taking place.

A centre needs to have robust management, delivery, assessment and internal quality assurance systems in place to be given this status, so you can be assured that you are in safe hands.

We have also introduced E-Certificates to our customers for accredited first aid training, allowing clients to receive their certificates quicker than ever - we aim for every client to receive their certificates within 48 hours of the paperwork being returned to us.
