In-House First Aid Training

Our In-House First Aid courses provide high-quality, easy to follow training at training locations throughout the UK.

Whatever sector or industry your company operates in, or if you represent an SME or large blue chip company, our experienced trainers, depending on the type of training you opt for (more details below) will provide comprehensive learning.

We can accommodate up to 12 learners at a time. Anyone who completes the course receives:

  • A nationally accredited qualification,
  • An A5 first aid manual
  • Our free First Aid App to keep their skills refreshed

Our courses are split into three categories: Emergency First Aid at Work, First Aid at Work, & Paediatric First Aid.

Emergency First Aid at Work

Who are the courses suitable for?

Emergency First Aid courses are suitable for people who work in low-risk environments, where there could be a risk of minor injuries such as shock, choking and unconsciousness. 

What do the courses cover?

Our courses cover emergency aspects of first aid, specifically CPR. 

How long do they last?

These courses last six hours or less and are delivered over the course of one day.

Annual Refresher

We also offer alternative Emergency First Aid courses that aren't qualifications but are delivered to the same standard. These courses are designed to refresh skills on an annual basis or as a supplement to the qualifications we offer.

First Aid at Work

Who are the courses suitable for?

Our First Aid at Work courses are suitable for people who work in high-risk environments, where minor injuries such as shock, choking and unconsciousness could be a risk.

What do the courses cover?

Our trainers cover how to deal with minor injuries, burns, eye injuries and medical conditions such as anaphylaxis.

How long do they last?

These courses tend to last around 18 hours and always take place over three days.

TQUK Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (QCF)

TQUK Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work with Level 2 AED Bolt-on (QCF)

TQUK Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work Requalification (QCF)

There is also the option for our Level 2 AED Bolt-on, which provides an additional qualification but with no extra training time required.

This training differs depending on the AED you have on your site – our team will provide more information when you book the training course you require.

We also offer the requalification version of the First Aid at Work course within the grace period, which is suitable for learners with a valid First Aid certificate.

Paediatric First Aid

Who are the courses suitable for?

These courses are suitable for professionals who are in charge of the safety of children, such as teachers, nursery nurses and care workers, or who come into contact with children regularly.

What do the courses cover?

The courses look at how learners can provide treatments to infants and children in a range of situations including foreign body obstruction, shock, and common minor injuries.

How long do they last?

We offer two versions of this Level 3 Qualification – one of which is an Emergency one day course, lasting six hours, the other is a two day course lasting 12 hours.
