My role as an Account Manager here at Imperative Training includes liaising with existing customers to ensure that their needs are met, as well as sourcing new clients.
Following up on expiry reminders and giving regular updates, so that the customers is always kept well informed, is also a key part of my job. My goal is to build rapport with customers, through consistently providing outstanding customer service.
As a keen climber, you can find me training at a nearby climbing centre, outside of work. Depending on the weather, I also enjoy venturing to the Peak District to test my climbing skills.
Why do you think learning first aid is important?
First aid is a crucial life skill and you never know when you may come across someone who needs assistance! Having been a first aider for 7 years I have dealt with a large amount of accidents and injuries ranging from small cuts to stab wounds and from people with fractured bones to unconscious casualties on a mountain! Having the skills and knowledge at that moment in time stops you from panicking and allows you to treat the person giving them the medical attention they require!
What is your perfect type of holiday? Beach? City break?
A rock break – basically, anywhere with rock faces so I can go climbing!
What is one goal to accomplish during your adult lifetime?
To climb El Capitan in Yosemite, California.
