Chief Executive

As a professional first aid trainer and Chief Executive of Imperative Training, I'm proud of the fantastic training courses we provide as one of the UK's leading training organisations.

I always want to push the company in new directions and spot the opportunities which will help develop our business. I'm immensely passionate about defibrillators and I am very pleased to say we are the UK's leading online defibrillator distributor. The charity we have set up, Hand On Heart which provides schools with defibrillators and CPR training, sets us apart as a business with a passion and social responsibility. I believe this campaign gives our staff real motivation and a sense of wellbeing that we really are making a difference as a business.

Here are a few things that you may not know about me, I lived abroad for 9 years in places such as Spain and the Cayman Islands and was a fully qualified scuba instructor!
