Below are some of the accreditations we have achieved over the past 11 years.


TQUK Diamond Approved Centre

One of the UK's newest and most dynamic awarding organisations, TQUK aims to the awarding organisation of choice for centres focused on qualifications in First Aid, Teaching and Learning, Health and Safety and Food Safety. Offering world-class service excellence, we are proud to be recognised as a Diamond Approved Centre, the highest accredited level a centre can achieve. We also have direct claim status which allows us to claim for certificates before external verification has taken place. Centres must display robust management, delivery, assessment and internal quality assurance systems in place to achieve this.

ISO 9001 Quality Management Assurance

Possibly our proudest moment was achieving the internationally recognised ISO 9001 award in May 2007.

This award contains eight quality management principles that act as a framework on which organisations can work towards improving performance.

Something we think is very important and demonstrates our core commitment to our customers both inside and outside of the training room.

To maintain our ISO status, we must hold monthly internal meetings to check performance along with annual externally verified audits of our systems so we must be doing something right!

ISO9001

ISO 14001 Environmental Quality Management Assurance

As part of our growth as a company, we recognised the need to monitor and assess our environmental impact, achieving ISO 14001 in September 2009 allowed us to review and reduce this impact.

In real terms we have reduced our environmental impact and reviewed and improved the service to our customers by allowing them to:

1) Select the training day that suits them
2) Book and pay online
3) View our training course manuals online
4) Printed or E-certificates are supplied, securely and promptly after each course
5) Emailed reminders of certificate expiry so that certificates / qualifications do not lapse
6) Monthly emailed first aid tips to all delegates to help reduce skill fade

We have reduced our carbon footprint further by increasing the number of trainers within our company so that we only need use trainers and assessors local to the client. Wherever they are in the UK.

This is why we don’t need to charge expenses like other training organisations as we aren’t sending training staff all over the country!

To maintain our ISO status, we must hold monthly internal meetings to check performance along with six monthly annual externally verified audits of our systems.

Investors in People is all about business improvement. We have achieved this award through targeting our chosen business priorities and working towards them in conjunction with Investors in People.

Our customers greatly value this award as it is the independently assessed, leading management benchmark of business improvement and once again shows our commitment to our customers but also to our own staff.

Safecontracter Accreditation

Safecontractor is a leading third party accreditation scheme which recognises very high standards in health and safety management amongst UK contractors. 

As a first aid training provider, we recognise that the safety of our staff should be paramount. We have achieved the safecontractor accreditation by highlighting and eliminating risks creating a safe working environment.

Information Security Management Systems


The ISO 27001:2013 is awarded based on the level of protection an organisation provides to control and protect all aspects of information security within the business. 

We're proud to have received this recognition thanks to our high priorities in keeping our internal and external information safe and protected. We regard this as the highest importance to ensure our customers have peace of mind that we go above and beyond to keep their information safe and secure.
