Established in 2003, with a vision of becoming the UK's leading first aid training provider.

Our whole purpose is to provide fun, enjoyable, relevant and practical first aid and health & safety training for all our cutomers and students across all industry sectors.

From day one imperative training has targeted large, well known, blue chip organisations with the belief that these organisations would have the same values and goals as imperative training.

A belief that quality is paramount, that interesting training ensures knowledge retention by the students, that practical training builds confidence in new potentially life saving skills and that ultimately the students will leave each and every one of our courses with the aptitude to make them safe, prompt and effective in the workplace and at home.

The service we offer is not only exceptional within the first aid training industry we believe it is unique.

We employ some of the most experienced, interesting and dynamic training staff in the UK. Outside of the training room our customer service and administration team excel in providing support for you and your staff.

• Course certificates supplied within 14 days of course completion (including student course evaluations)
• All students receive a comprehensive course manual
• All students receive monthly emailed first aid tips to help prevent skill fade
• Automatic course renewal reminders emailed three months prior to certificate expiry (to you and your students)

As well as our HSE license to teach first aid in the workplace we also have attained ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Assurance, City & Guilds Centre Approval, CIEH Centre Approval and our most recent award which we are very proud of is our ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System showing our commitment to the environment.
