The main aspects of my role include dealing with enquiries, processing orders and making sure that our customers are always kept up to date.

 As our customer’s first point of call, it’s my responsibility to ensure that I provide excellent customer service. I give our customers impartial advice to guarantee that the services they receive will always meet their requirements.

 I strive to maintain the imperative training’s high standards in order to provide world-class service.
 
In my spare time, I enjoy visiting theme parks. I love to laugh and keep life simple; I’m definitely a big kid at heart.
