Managing Director

I manage nationwide blue-chip accounts for Imperative Training as well as managing the day to day running of the business.

I started working with imperative training as a customer service advisor in 2008 and since then I have progressed from a senior manager of the imperative brand to the company’s managing director.

My daily duties include managing Tenders, overseeing large national contracts, recruiting and mentoring employees, developing innovative ideas to drive the business forward and organising meetings with colleagues, clients and suppliers. 

My objectives are to help the businesses continue to flourish, reaching its financial and strategic goals in order to keep our position as one of the largest independent first aid training companies in the UK.

I am constantly looking to improve our systems and policies to ensure that our customers are receiving the best customer service possible.

We also aim to continue to be the largest independent supplier of defibrillators through our brand

In my spare time, I enjoy camping - you cannot beat being sat around a fire pit on a nice summers evening surrounded by your friends and a few drinks of course! I also really enjoy going to festivals, gigs and doing a bit of gardening!
