Creative and Marketing Manager

As the Creative and Marketing Manager for imperative training and defibshop, I am responsible for managing all of our marketing activities as well as our creative and digital solutions.

This ranges from e-marketing to social media strategy, managing our portfolio of websites and new projects such as app development and demonstration videos. 
 
We are especially good at creating informative and engaging content that we share on our websites, blogs and social media. Our aim is to educate the general public about the importance of first aid and defibrillators by becoming a resource for all the questions they may have.
 
One of my favourite parts of the day is liaising with our partners who support our online and offline campaigns as it keeps us up-to-date with everything that happens in the digital world.
 
My goals revolve around working with my team to raise brand awareness and deliver a coherent message in all our communications - in line with our brand guidelines. I manage a team of 3 Marketing Assistants as well as Graphic Designer which is extremely rewarding and fun! I also work closely with the Managing Director looking at all aspects of the business including our growth, strategy and vision. Every day brings something different for me to sink my teeth into (but unfortunately not a Chicken Tikka Masala which incidentally is my favourite food).
 
My favourite book series is Harry Potter and when I was 11, I was utterly devastated that I didn’t receive my letter from Hogwarts welcoming me to the school (and I’m still waiting)....
