I work within the accounts department, managing any customer overdue account balances and dealing with any queries that they may have.
I liaise with the customers on a daily basis making sure that customers are aware of any outstanding payments they have, whilst ensuring that issues are dealt with promptly. In addition to this, I also post any payments which come in and issue statements when requested.
During my time at imperative training I have built up rapports with many clients - an aspect of the role I really enjoy. I also work with a great bunch of very professional people who make my time at work so much more enjoyable!
