Training Co-ordinator

As Training Co-ordinator, it is my duty to support the administration department and handling training paperwork to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

My role sees me handling trainer feedback forms, chasing trainer expires, chasing both outstanding paperwork and trainer contracts and liaising with TQUK (our awarding organisation) regularly.
I aim to always provide outstanding customer service to make sure that the customers and trainers have a positive experience when choosing us. I always try to build rapport with trainers, as we speak to them daily.
In line with our PILOT values, my favourite value is 'Team Work' as we are a close team and get on like a family. We all care and support each other daily.

Why do you think learning first aid is important?

First aid is important as it can be anything from a cut finger to saving someone's life which can be highly rewarding. Here at imperative, we run first aid courses that are simple to complete so that anyone can become a first aider. Having more and more first aiders around the country is a massive benefit as you never know when or where something might happen.

What's your favourite go-to meal?

Miller & Carter - Sticky chicken, sirloin steak with chips, peppercorn sauce and a bacon & honey mustard lettuce wedge and Creme Brulee.

When listening to music, who's your go-to artist?
