We also provide you with an Instructor Manual with full course lesson plans and 33 slide Powerpoint Presentation which you can use to teach your courses.
To successfully be awarded with an AED Instructor Certificate you must pass a Written and Practical Assessment.
Course pre-requisite: Candidates must be a First Aid Trainer, Healthcare Professional,(Ambulance staff, Doctor or Nurse) or other appropriately qualified or experienced individual with a teaching qualification.
Basic Life Support skills are not taught on the course, as such there is an expectation that these skills can be performed to demonstration quality. No certification will be issued to individuals who are unable to perform the necessary skills.
Certificates issued are valid for 3 years.
