"The course was well organised, and delivered in a very relaxed and comfortable environment. Our facilitator, Phil appreciated and valued all partners as individuals; adjusting very well to their learning styles and speeds. Phil was listening and responding to our concerns and showed personal enthusiasm for what he was teaching. There is a consistency in the approach and a genuine interest in developing an understanding of the emergency first aid procedures. He was well aware of when to move to next section, when to stop and go back over things and when to accelerate the pace of learning. He encouraged all partners to work collaborately and independently. It was a great experience combined with curiosity, learning and fun''.
