The aim of the course is to provide management with an in-depth knowledge of food hygiene, which enables them to formulate, implement and manage a superior food hygiene policy and to train candidates for the Level 2 Food Safety Certificate if they have a Professional Trainers Certificate.

The course will run over five days and the examination may be held on the sixth day. Minimum number of 6 candidates required to run this course in house.
Successful candidates receive a CIEH nationally recognised Level 4 - Award in Managing Food Safety.
